I'm confused. Are they looking for a daily average and daily peak or a one time number. At a bank branch do they want to know that on average 100 people visit the branch daily and that on really busy days it can peak at 150 total visitors.

Or, that at any give time, there are on average 15 customers simultaneously in the bank, and right after lunch it can peak at 30 customers waiting in line.
