Our project just completed the pilot credit for this on an interiors project. Will be interested to see the GBCI review on it. Because the project was a short, phased project, with a small field staff we had a hard time identifying people who would actually qualify under the 30% Contractor and Subcontractor Management criteria. Other than the general contractor there were no trades that were on the job from the beginning to the end - each came in at their time in the schedule and did their work. I felt like the management criteria was important to the five days a week on job requirement- as for each trade there was no one more consistently on the project than the foreman or superintendent of each trade.
