Hello,
Our project is a LEED NC v2009. Due to a heavy rain season, it happened that some leakage lead to a partial grow of mold in some ceiling areas which are made from gypsum boards. The contractor has already replaced the affected areas by new gypsum boards. We are pursuing EQc3.1 (IAQ during construction) and EQc3.2 (before occupancy - Air Quality testing option). In this case, is the corrective action taken by the contractor is sufficient? Will the pursued credits be affected by this incident?

Every project has mishaps. The key is good management. Sounds like you are taking care of it.
