I am working on a hotel with two separate buildings. Since the parking will be used for the same hotel, the local zoning requirements were met. As they will combine the number of parking spaces for both buildings. But as two separate projects with LEED. One building does not meet the local requirements and the other building exceeds it. As per LEED the building cannot exceed or have less than the local zoning requirement. In this case, what can be done to meet SSc4.4? Thank you for your assitance.
