We have leased a whole floor of a multi-tennant building of general office space, (CI 2009). The building has a professional management company, but in regards to our project, would we select "The project owner manages project space", or "the project owner owns project space". We "own" it in the sense we are the FTEs and days of operation, but it is a lease with the general building. I am careful with this distinction as it came back as a design review comment.
