We are planning to comply with the strategies A, B, C and F. The strategies A, B and C should not pose a problem. However, I am not sure about strategy F:
Work surfaces will be grey-white with a reflectance of 67%, but there will be no movable partitions. Will we still be eligible for the credit?

I would assume that you can ignore the part about movable partitions if there are none in your project.
