How is construction waste accounted for when utilizing off-site construction, like modular construction or pre-fabrication of assemblies?

Hi, I'm having trouble with the online form. I've filled in the required information, but the percentage of waste diverted is not totaling for me. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. thanks,

Rick, with any situation like this I would first check that you're not using an older "Beta" form (see version at the bottom of the form). I would then triple-check that you've included information in every possible place on the form. If those don't work, I don't know how to help... I'd probably need to see your form.

Most bugs will be fixed when upgrading to the version3 forms. If not, then you can communicate with LEEDOnline by clicking on the "Feedback" button. They respond within the next 24 hrs!

Rick, I agree with the 2 comments above as first strategies for trouble-shooting your calculation issue. You can also give GBCI Customer Support a call at 800-795-1746. They typically don’t handle answers to technical LEED questions, but they can help with LEED Online and LEED credit form questions. If they can’t answer it, then you can move on to the “Feedback” button.
