We are currently working on a CS building of 146,617 sqm. The calculations according to the Reference Guide requirements, result in 734 racks and 99 shower/changing facilities. Is it possible to reduce the number of racks and shower/changing facilities and still comply with the credit?

What would be your basis for altering the calculation?

I am curious to know if you found an answer to this question as we have a similar scenario requiring over 50 showers based on building density, and are looking for some manner in which we could reduce this.
One of the "arguments" is that some employees of the tenant spaces will have the option to work from home on a regular basis, hence reducing some of the daily population. These figures still remain unknown. I am curious to know what flexibility the USGBC offers in general for these circumstances.

Did you use the default occupant number? or do u have agreed on a occupant density to be used? Since in the reference guide the: C&S Project should refer to appendix 2, default occupancy counts, for their occupancy count. Does this question makes sense?
