No Facility Alterations

Would a project with no facility alterations or additions during the performance period and as result with no relevant waste be still eligible for this credit?

Charalampos, In V3 you have to divert 70% to gain the point. However....in V4 there is a an allowance for no working being completed but only in the purchasing credit...not the waste credit.
