I'm working on a new retail store located in an existing shopping mall. Parking is outside the scope and control of the tenant - however, 100% of the employees of the new retail store will not be provided parking. They will be taking mass transit.
Is it possible to meet the intent of the requirement, based on 100% employee reduction parking?

Stacey, I'm doubtful that you can earn this credit, because it sounds like what you're doing with employees would be addressed under Access to quality transit, and isn't applicable here due to your scope. Are you anticipating earning that credit?

In Retail project, you need to consider base building parking space for retail customer. Hence the percentage reduction in this case will be from base building parking.
