NC vs Homes vs Mid-rise: 5 story Senior Home

We are working on a five-stories senior home, which program-wiise is very much like a dorm. From the ratings descriptions it seems we could for either NC, Homes or Mid-rise Residental, correct? Are there any clear benefits of pursuing one of these ratings? (Our expertise if mostly with NC, so it would be our preferred choice if all other things were equal...)

Since you know NC very well, you know how well (or poorly) the project fits with that rating system. If there's nothing that's making you run and scream for a more Homes-like system, then I think that's your answer—stick with NC.Even if there are some areas where NC isn't quite the right fit, I think expertise is worth a lot. If your expertise were more in Homes, I would advise to go with that.
