Is pilot credit 67 only intended for projects that have already completed the EE improvements and can prove a 20% reduction? Or can we register now before we have begun retrofits and the 12-month performance period?
The wording appears to mandate that the retrofits and performance period already be complete before registering. We would like to register now, since the projects are limited to 500. We have a retrofit plan ready to go, but it would be 18-24 months before we could present a 12-month performance period with the % reduction.

Hi Tim,
We have joined this pilot, and from what you have written, it sounds like your project may be well positioned to join this ACP. I believe that you can register for this pilot and wait to start your Performance Period, but I do not have enough experience to say for sure. If you have shown decreases in consumption, these energy savings should be recurring, giving you an over all lower consumption already. If that is not quite 20% in Portfolio Manager, you could monitor your retrofit's progress and estimate whether or not you're on track to lose enough %....hope that helped some.

Hi Tim -
As long as you have registered your project in LEED Online, you can register for this pilot prerequisite. We are excited that you intend to give it a try! Keep in mind that we will be periodically clarifying the pilot language and making updates to the submission calculator.
Thanks to you too, Elizabeth, for registering a project for this pilot!
