I´m managed a Healthcare buildings.
The reviewer advice me that workstation and share multi-occupant spaces must be reported consistently among IEQc6.1 and IEQc6.2 credits.
However, in IEQc6.1 LEED Template is necesary to differentiate between Patient Spaces, Staff Spaces and Multi-occupant Spaces. And in IEQc6.2 LEED Template is necesary to differentiate between Single-Occupant Patient Rooms, Work Spaces and Multi-occupant Spaces.
The "v2009_IEQ Space Matrix_April 2015.xlsx" excel specifies Exam rooms as Multi-occupant Spaces. In IEQc6.1 LEED Template Exam Rooms are Patients Spaces, and in IEQc6.2 LEED Template Exam Rooms are Multi-occupant Spaces.
So, the Multi-occupant Spaces are not reported consistently among IEQc6.1 and IEQc6.2 credits.
How should I proceed to meet the LEED requirements?

First, I would recommend you pull the latest work sheets. You might have done this already but this is a bug in the system. The other thing you may want to do is pull the v4 sheet since they aren't maintaining the v3 sheets.
Second, I would say that you need to be consistent despite the inconsistency in the template. This means that you need to do the interpretation and write a narrative on your understanding. Then adjust the templates accordingly. You're in the best position to know how the spaces are used. As long as you understand and adhere to the intent of the credits, you should be fine.
Finally, research some of the LEED Interpretations for definitions of spaces. We often use a nurse alcove within the corridor and I know there is an LI defining how to count this space for these credits.
