MPRs on small adjacent buildings

Hi Tristan, Thanks for the response. It's the first time we post a query, but we are big fans of the forum – Fantastic Work!. We did review the requirements of the MPR Sup. Guid. listed on page 19and the adjacent buildings are eligible for MPR # 4 and 5. We wanted to confirm that there is no exception to this ‘clause’ given our situation. As a result we plan to set-up the project as a Campus and pursue certification for the individual buildings separately (some of the buildings, perhaps not all). However, we have a question about a building benefiting from shared infrastructure on another building. For example, if I provide bike racks and change rooms in building A but it serves all occupants of the campus, can I assume that another building B achieves the credit? Many thanks,

Also, does it matter if building B is certified or not?

Our project is in a similar predicament. We are currently working towards certifying a winery under EBOM. There are 3 very large separate buildings that function as one. There are 2 large barrel buildings and one admin building. One of the of the barrel building's doesn't have restrooms, and the admin building is the only building with a break room. There is also only 1 energy and water meter for the entire campus. How do we certify these buildings as individuals, when they function as one? Campus certification does not make sense for this project considering it does not address domestic water credits and energy credits. Any suggestions? Thanks!
