MPR2 Defining 'one building'

The building to be certified is an office, hotel and retail complex and is composed of two seperate buildings. There are no structural connections between the buildings above ground. However the levels below ground are continuous under both buildings and there are 4 underfloors: 3 for parking and in the first basement floor there are retail areas, fitness areas as well as service areas of the hotel (kitchen, laundry...). In addition, there are one set of technical systems providing both buildings. Does this building complex comply with the requirement of MPR2 'defining one building' if only 1 level below ground is contiguous and not used for parking areas? Thank you in advance for your help.
