MPR #6 - CI project without submetered utilities

What is the procedure to fill out form PIf1 in regards to using the exception for a CI project without sub metered utilities? The form states that if the project cannot provide the sub-metered utility data, it is not required to do so. Yet the form requires that you select a process to provide that data, such as the Energy Star Portfolio Manager. Is the project required to create a "portfolio" regardless?

Samala, this sounds like a case of a LEED Online form not matching up with the actual requirements. I would contact GBCI to ask them how to proceed.Your question was posted a while ago—if you resolved this already, please let us know how.
