Hi, I am working on a hotel which has several buildings, one main building, two different groups of clusters, 2 suite buildings, and a seperate back of house and a seperate employee residences. The hotel is far away from any town so there is a residential facility for the employees. My question is if we should treat this project as a mixed-use (hotel + residential) or if we should treat this project as a non-residential (hotel only excluding the employee residences treating them as part of the hotel)?
