LEED Guidance for Campuses and Multiple Buildings

Mix LEED NC and LEED CS within LEED Campus?

We have a project that has six buildings on it. The owner wants five of them to be CS, and one of them to be NC. Are we able to mix rating systems within an overall LEED Campus registration?

The Master Site approach allows up to 3 rating systems on one campus. See page 4 of the “LEED Campus Guidance for Projects on a Shared Site.” By contrast, in the Group approach, all buildings must use the same rating system (page 10).
