We are working on a LEED 2009 project that includes multiple adjacent plots that will be combined to form the project site (LEED boundary). Only one of the plots is previously developed and includes ruins of an old building. In our case, can we consider the site as previously developed? Is there a minimum previous development area or percentage? (In LEED V4, 75% of the site must be previously developed)
