Hi. Currently working on a project in a tropical country where it's NOT general practice to use wood for any structural framing, dimensional framing or sub-flooring. We expect the wooden flooring to be around 2%-3% of the total ground floor area with the remainder being floor tiles and polished concrete. Considering that this wood is FSC Certified, could we expect to achieve a point with the percentage of wood used or is there a minimum floor area specified?
