MEP related insulation

The credit language indicates "insulation" as one of the materials subject to this credit. But, all the discussions in this forum have addressed firestopping (which appear not to be to subject to the credit) and roofing insulation (which depends on the relationship to the weather barrier), but what about other MEP related insulation products? They are clearly not part of the ceiling or wall systems. Are MEP insulations subject to IEQc4.6?

Linda, I think that MEP-related insulation (excepting acoustic ceiling systems) does not fall under the credit.
