The credit lists 4 points available but in looking through the language I see 1-2 points for Option 1 AND/OR 1 point for Option 2, which only provides 3 possible points. Is anyone able to identify the path to the 4th point?

That's a great catch Erin. When reading the LEED language I am also not seeing how the options add up 4 points. This looks like an accouting error on USGBC's end. Or they left an option off the documentation? I'm with you. I only see 3 possible points.

Great question, and I also scratched my head double-checking the credit language.I checked with GBCI on this and they have confirmed it is an error that will be corrected with an addendum this year. IAQ monitoring is good for 2 points.
