Guys, I have got two queries:
1 - Does a master site registration have any extra registration fee?
2 - We have got a project, which is likely to register as a master site. It contains 4 buildings. However, one of them is not likely to be completed by the sunset of version 3. Should we assume that this is going to be registered on version 4 then?
Thanks very much in advance!

1. Yes, you will have to register the master site first and submit for review, therefore, the costs are $900+ for registration in addition to the review costs. These costs will be extra to the costs for the registration and review of the 4 buildings.
2. You could always register the building in v3 before the deadline and migrate it to v4 if you need to. As long as the project is registered in v3, you will be able to complete that certification and will not be required to migrate to v4. The true "sunset" for v3 (meaning that you are required to complete certification or migrate to the next rating system) will not happen for many years. For example, projects registered in v2.2 are still not required to migrate yet. Hope that makes sense!
