I think I know the answer to this already, but I just wanted to throw it out there for confirmation. We're working on a 60 unit multi-family affordable housing project. The project has a management/leasing office with an FTE of 6, and a designated model unit that will not be leased out. Can the model unit serve as the designated shower/changing facility for the management staff, or would a separate shower/changing room need to be provided?
