I am not quite sure if I understand the different definitions right and would be grateful for confirmation of correction of my understanding.
Infill site simply means that within a 1/2 mile diameter less than 25% of areas are greenfield, correct?
Historic district does not necessarily "listed as district by authorities" but can be a number if buildings, some old and historically listed, some not. Correct?
My project is the major renovation of an 100 year old building with most facades and some interiors being protected because of their historic value. The whole surroundings comprises buildings of similar age, some protected, some not. Would that project qualify for this credit?

Your question actually pertains to LT credit 3 High Priority Site and Equitable Development.
The definition of infill is in the glossary here: https://leeduser.buildinggreen.com/glossary#infill_site
The glossary also has a definition for historic district and your description appears to be correct.
You'll need to consult the local planning or permitting agency to confirm if your building is located in a historic district.
