lighting space by space

under ASHRAE Table 9--6, there is a space type as bank/office - banking activtiy area. how to justify this? I have an i-bank office fitout project. can i use that for my lighting in my office/ meeting rooms/ trading room since that give me a bigger allowance than the standard office lighting power density

Billy, this seems like a reasonable approach in the trading area or banking area, but it seems like a stretch in any standard office area.
