LEED REQUIREMENT:
Verify 15’ perimeter needs to be covered for daylight dimming- This includes private offices-all spaces
within 15’ of perimeter-
WHAT HAPPENS ONE OF MY FIXTURES (OPEN SPACE) IS JUST 8.2 CENTIMETERS AWAY OF THE 15 FEET. IS THIS COULD BE A PROBLEM FOR NOT ACCOMPLISH THE CREFIT?? ALSO, I CANT MOVE THE FIXTURES BECAUSE OF THE MODULATION (DRY WALL). CAN ANYBODY TELL ME IF I WOULD HAVE PROBLEMS TO REACH MY POINT??
THANKS FOR ANY PERSON THAT CAN ANSWER MY INQUIRY

Argia, I am confused about your question. The 15 foot requirement has to do with spaces, not fixtures. Can you clarify?

Dear both, the requirement has to do with sensors - see LEEDuser's clarification below:
"You might imagine that having all fixtures within 15 feet of a window controlled by a daylight sensor would satisfy the credit requirements, but that’s not how it works. Instead, the credit requires that daylight sensors be installed within 15 feet of windows in all regularly occupied spaces. "

see LEEDuser's clarification below: "You might imagine that having all fixtures within 15 feet of a window controlled by a daylight sensor would satisfy the credit requirements, but that’s not how it works. Instead, the credit requires that daylight sensors be installed within 15 feet of windows in all regularly occupied spaces. This approach may not work for all applications, especially those with deep daylight penetration (expanded height glazing with high ceilings) as sensor placement may need to be deeper than 15 feet to adequately control the fixtures in the space. "
So is it possible for daylight-responsive controls more than 15 feet meet the requirement?
