Hi All, We are working on a C&S Mall Project, and one of the tenants wants to certify they space, their space is going to be a game arcade with some small attractions (bumper cars and other stuff). Reading though the program requirements complies all 3 for CI, we think it could be a LEED CI: Retail project, but we are nor completely sure. Our question: is which rating system will apply for this space? EDIT: the site went down when we post it sorry for the duplicates.
