LEED v 4 deadline

We are planning to register a LEED v 4 Core & Shell project on LEED Online. The time between registration and final application will be approximately seven (7) years. Is there any deadline between registration and application needed to be taken under consideration? Best regards, Tobias

Tobias, the only thing to watch out for is the sunset date for the rating system—the last possible day to submit for certification under this version of LEED. However, at this point there is not a sunset date announced for LEED v4. I wouldn't expect it before 2023 at this point.
