A project I assess is seeking LEED v4 CI Silver. It is a 5877,1sqft rented office, in an existing building (previously certified Breeam in-use), that is undergoing fit-out (minor improvements = paint, lighting replacement, a toilet will be suppressed, new furnishing and a small cafeteria will be created).
There is no modification on the heating and cooling equipment, so no new control systems or a more efficient equipment will be installed. Also materials where not chosen according to LEED requirements.
The project team contacted us during the construction phase to pursue LEED certification on a silver level and the scope of works end in a month.
Therefore, do you think it could be possible to obtain the certification at this stage?
Thanks in advance.

Probably not. Especially since some time has passed since you posted this question—sorry! It sounds like you would have a hard time meeting enough credits, and prereqs, to comply. Not impossible, but I'm doubtful.
