At that level of addition, you have a choice. Since you're below 40% the conventional choice would be LEED-EBOM. But it's big enough an area that if you wanted to do NC, it's fairly justifiable.The simple choice is EBOM but if see advantages to doing things like a whole building energy model, you could do NC.
