LEED EBOM for Senior Care Facility?

I have a client with a 3 year old senior care facility (includes both independent living and assisted living units). From the discussions on this forum, I gather that pursuing LEED EBOM is theoretically possible, but the rating system is not well suited for these types of residential facilities. Does anyone have any experience or success attempting EBOM with a senior care/assisted living facility?

Jessica, I can't speak to any experience on this, except to affirm that EBOM for this building type would be possible but not easy with some credits. I would recommend searching GBIG.org for facilities.
