For electric vehicle charging stations, how are the parameters established for fueling capacity?

We have a mixed use development project in Jakarta with 6 basements. All carparks are in the basement, no carpark above ground. For preferred parking for LE and FE Vehicles, do we need to put all of them on Level B1 close to the main entrance or can we put them on other Basement Levels (even B6) as long as they are near the Lift Lobbies. Please help to clarify. Thanks in advance.

Hi Ruel, You'll find your answer in LEED Interpretation #10202 from April 2012, which states that your preferred parking must be in the spaces that are the shortest combined driving distance from the garage entrance + walking distance to the building entrance. So your preferred parking spaces will probably have to be on Level B1. Placing them close to the elevator on Level B6 will not work.
