Max, I'm posting as moderator here to say that you're not likely to get this question answered publicly here. Scope of work, expertise, and market conditions in different locations vary so much that rates also vary an awful lot. Also, people are afraid of colluding if they talk publicly about rates.

Hi Tristan,
I have a client in NY area who wants to pursue LEED, I am a LEED AP working independently- however I don't have a team and I would like to begin this project with at least one other experienced LEED AP. I have never worked on a LEED project from start to finish. Do you have a recommendation on where I can find a LEED AP/team to work with? Thank you very much.
