LEED Certification for Mixed-Use Office and Residential

We have a project composed 60 floors, 1st-40th floor is office (12-40 floors leasable) and 41st-60th floor will be residential. In relation to the subject above, is it also possible to pursue a LEED Certification for office area only?

From what you have shared, no. LEED BD+C is a whole-building system.
