LEED BD&C V4 Homes Registration Fees and Certification Fees

We plan to register our project under LEED V4 BD&C Homes Multi Family Low Rise. Please advise which table-registration fee rate should we use - the one for BD&C - which is $900 or the one for LEED Homes? Same thing with certification fee..

Low rise will only be able to register under LEED for Homes, it will NOT qualify for LEED BD+C. BD+C requires the multi-family to be at minimum 4 stories above ground.
