NC-2009 PIf1:Minimum Program Requirements

Is there a deadline for projects that have been registered as 2009?  Can these projects use the 2.3 templates or do they need to be submitted using version 4 templates?

These are new buildings currently registered as NC2.3-2009.

Amy, see this article on sunset dates. You should use the LEED 2009 templates, except for any credits where you have "upgraded" to LEED v4.
