key forms required by General Contractor for a Home project aiming for LEED Gold

Hi, I am an architect by training now working on the GC Side, I have been asked to identify the key forms the GC needs to submit for a home project, in particular a student dorm. Please could you give me an idea where those would be listed? thank you
