The credit can be documented and achieved for USACE projects, and it is in line with Army customer increased attention to resilience. However, there is little to no feasibility for the building design team to implement any strategies at planning stage since the siting of projects is done prior by a different organization. Army planning process needs to get in line with Army sustainability requirements in order for this credit to be implemented as intended.
