Our project is implementing an IPM plan for the building but the vendor will not be identified until after construction is complete. We are preparing to submit for Design review. Is it worth submitting for this credit with the vendor identified as TBD, or does a vendor need to be included in the IPM order for the it to be accepted? Thank you!

Robert, it sounds like you're doing this as an ID credit for a LEED-NC project. There are not specific guidelines for this kind of situation, but I think that following common sense and indicating in your plan that it will be implemented by a vendor who is provided with the specifications in your plan should work.

Robert, to piggy back off of Tristan, you could simply defer the review of that credit to your construction submittal at which time you would have the vendor identified.

Tristan you are correct it is for an ID credit for LEED-CS. Thank you for your input!
