I am persuing the "Interiors Life-Cycle Impact Reduction" credit, Option 3: Design for Flexibility for a CI project.
In the project, there are concrete floors (no systems to access underneath) with carpet over it that is able to be removed and reused.
Other areas have a fully demountable and reusable floor with accessible systems underneath.
I am wondering if both reusable (such as in the case of the carpet) and demountable flooring counts toward the credit.
