I'm looking at a submittal that has a material that is to be used on interior and exterior metals of the building construction.  Since the adhesive is used for both, can I still account for this in the credit or not?

I would include it by virtue of its use in the interior. The fact that it also appears on the exterior is not really relevant one way or another -- not in the scope of this credit.
