Dear All,
We are trying to pursue EAc1.4 for our current library proposal. At this moment in time there are no microwave ovens that are energy star rated, so this would be classed an ineligible item. Do we still need to include this into our calculations under non-energy star equipment? or can we exclude this from the calculations?
Thanks!

Simon, microwaves would be excluded from your calculations if they are not ES-eligible.

Thank you for your reply Tristan.
Makes sense - I would just like to be clear - so can I assume that if there are energy rated products such as refrigerators that are not selected for the project these should be included under non-energy star equipment whereas equipment that is not energy star rated yet such as microwaves can be completely excluded?
Thanks once again!

Check this out. There is no reference standard but there are energy consumption comparisons. Innovation Credit for all small appliances being in the top 20%?
