I have a question about it, please Can you tell me if the 500 miles are included for import products? I mean, in my company I have products that are import and we distribute that. So if a customer require the certification in this point, how I can expedite it, I need to put the distance between the manufacturer and the project?
Thank you in advance

Katherine, I am not sure of your exact question, but let's say you are located in Brazil, and importing a product from Germany. Right away, you can rule that product out for compliance with the main option for this credit, because it is being transported more than 500 miles from its manufacturing point, and very likely also 500 miles from the extraction point of its materials. If you feel it is worth it, you can follow the second option for this credit, which is to do a prorated calculation based on mode of transport. If the product was imported by airplane, you'd be out of luck, but if by ship you might have some success.
