Impervious hardscape area at podium

Is the impervious hardscape area at podium considered as the non-roof hardscape? If yes, the total nonroof hardscape for Option 1 calculation shall include the impervious hardscape area podium.

Caroline, are you referring to an area that is underneath the building, or an area outside the building? Either way, I think you can include it as non-roof hardscape.
