IEQ Pr1 - work code in France in place of ASHRAE

Can you confirm me that it is possible, in France, to use the work code to determine the air rate in place of the ASHRAE 62.1-2007 in the places where this local code is more stringent ? And, can you confirm me that in this case, we are note subject to the Standard EN 15251 ? Thank you in advance, Héloïse COUVERT - ETAMINE

Héloïse, referencing the credit requirements (see above), you can rely on local code if it is more stringent.

Thanks for your answer! IEQ-p1: Work code is more stringent than ASHRAE, so we'll use work code air rate to justify prerequisite The question is: we want to obtain the IEQ-C2 increasing by 30% the air rate BUT on which base ? We also certificate the building with HQE in a very performant level wixh require work code + 30% (our baseline in the project design). Do we must apply the 30% increase relative to LEED to justifiy the IEQ-c2 on: - Work code as determine for IEQ_p1 --> work code + 30% - or HQE for project which already increase the work code debit to 30% I hope is clear :-) Thnaks in advance

Dear Nicolas and Tristan, USGBC now recognizes the equivalence between ASHRAE 62.10.2007 and european standards EN 13779 and 15251 therefore the "which is more stringent" language has diseapered from IEQ PR1 template version 5. Best regards
