When I look up the regional priorities for NC zip code 28613 it lists "IEQc2.3". I don't believe there is such a credit or am I not reading the spreadsheet correctly?

Robyn, it's a very common mistake with this spreadsheet to select the wrong rating system—which is selected via the tab at the bottom. Sounds like you have inadvertently selected EBOM, which has an IEQc2.3.You can avoid this issue by using our handy reference tool in the upper right of this page!

Following up on that. It also references SSc4 and SSc6, but each of these, in reality is subdivided into other credits. Do you need to achieve all SSc4 (4.1-4.4) in order to get the regional priority point? Or just one? Thanks.
