If the project is a bus maintenance facility, will the requirements be met if we follow the option for Schools with 20% of the buses being hybrid?

This is not a schools project, it is the construction of a DOT facility. There is quite a bit of gray area in NC rating system when it comes to transportation centers such as this and inter/multi-modal facilities.

Sorry, I misunderstood. I think this should meet the credit intent and requirements, but you would probably need to submit a CIR to be sure, or if you want to save the CIR fee and take the risk, just submit the credit and hope for the best.
