In the FAQ section above, it says "The two options are available to be used on the basis of an individual product or material, so you can mix and match as needed." Does anyone know how to do this? Because the LEED Materials Spreadsheet will only one or the other, definitely not both. It treats Op 1 and Op 2 on a project scale.

I've edited the LEEDuser FAQ to remove this guidance, because as you have noticed it doesn't appear to be supported by USGBC.However, I would recommend you contact GBCI or USGBC directly to request clarification and to see if they will allow it. I think that request would have to come from a project to be successful.
