hi, I want to know if somebody can tell how many time takes a review for Precertification for a project with more 300,000sf of gross floor area of the project building?

Ronald, are you asking how long it takes GBCi to review it? I think they have information like that posted on their website, but generally each review phase shouldn't take longer than 30 days—at least, that's what I recall.
